Virtual Design & Consultation Services:

All design consultations and virtual services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or commenced.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Physical Product Returns (Store or Marketplace):

Most items purchased through our store are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Notify us within 3 business days of receiving a damaged or defective item by emailing [info@espydesignbuild.com] with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the item and availability.
Made-to-Order or Custom Items:

All custom, made-to-order, or final sale pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Design Deposits & Cancellations:

Deposits made for design services are non-refundable but may be applied to a future project if canceled before design work begins.

Cancellations after work begins will be assessed a fee based on time and materials used.
