Shipping & Delivery Policy

Virtual Design Deliverables:

• Design plans, concept boards, and virtual consultations are delivered digitally via email or shared client platforms. Delivery timelines are outlined in your personalized project schedule.

• Zoom links for live consultations are provided 24–48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice.

Physical Product Orders:

• Orders for furniture, lighting, or accessories placed through our online store or partner marketplace are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by supplier but typically range from 5–10 business days.

Local Installation Services (Baton Rouge Area):

• If you’re within the Baton Rouge region, we offer white-glove installation and styling services.

• We will coordinate directly with you to schedule delivery and in-home setup once all items have arrived.
